Thank you for stopping by, I’m so glad you’re here!

Hi, I’m Veronica

Public Speaker, Former Candidate for Congress, Author and Mental Health Professional

My journey has taken me from a small town in Jalisco, Mexico, to serving in the United States Navy, raising a family, building a career as a Licensed Professional Counselor, and now sharing my experiences with audiences who are looking for hope, healing, and encouragement.

When I was just one year old, my family moved to Los Angeles, California, where I grew up. After graduating high school in 1990, I proudly joined the U.S. Navy and served aboard the USS Cape Cod. That experience shaped who I am, teaching me resilience, discipline, and the importance of serving something greater than myself.

Life has taken me on many different paths. As the wife of an Army servicemember, I've had the privilege of living in several states before my family eventually made Texas our home. Along the way, while raising our four incredible children, I earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Saint Martin's University and a Master's degree in Counseling from Wayland Baptist University.

For more than ten years, I've had the privilege of serving others as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I've walked alongside people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives, helping them navigate challenges, rediscover hope, and believe in themselves again. Those conversations have taught me something incredibly important: every person has a story worth telling, and every person has the capacity to grow.

Today, I bring those experiences with me every time I step onto a stage.

Whether I'm speaking about healing after heartbreak, mental wellness, resilience, relationships, or overcoming life's obstacles, my goal is always the same—to create a space where people feel understood, encouraged, and inspired to take the next step forward.

I don't believe people attend a presentation just to hear another speech. I believe they come looking for something they can carry with them long after the event is over. That's what I hope to provide: practical tools, honest conversations, and the reminder that even in life's hardest seasons, growth is possible.

If you're looking for a speaker who combines real-life experience, professional insight, and heartfelt storytelling to connect with audiences in a meaningful way, I'd be honored to be part of your next event.

I look forward to meeting you!
